As a People Shared Services Associate, you will take on a key responsibility in employee data management such as contract administration, certificate generation, benefit data administration, and archiving personnel documents in Workday, while maintaining high-quality HR master and movement data, contributing to our ongoing efforts to drive business success and enhance customer satisfaction.

What you’ll do

  • Facilitate employment life cycle data management and changes such as but not limited to onboarding, contract processing, new hire registration and profile creation, job detail changes/ movements, competency/training requirements, off boarding etc.
  • Facilitate time registration, and travel and bill expenses administration.
  • Leave administration and other relevant employees benefit data administration in the system.
  • Responsible for document management related to courses, performance management, training into the systems, including issuance of employment certificates and other relevant documents.
  • Maintain and update competence file and support in electronic filing system structure.
  • Maintains HR master data and movement data in the system by to ensuring high degree of data quality.
  • Administrating digital applications such as DocuSign and other relevant document management.
  • Ensures document archiving of all personnel-related documents in the HR system.
  • Ensure continuous alignment and improvement of HR processes and practices across the organization.
  • Participate in activities related to tasks such as training, audit, and creation and review of Standard Operating Procedure, when applicable.
  • Keeps the data updated in Workday and corrects whenever applicable data if needed.
  • Ensures data accuracy and correct flow of information to the relevant stakeholders involved in the daily activities.
  • Perform other related tasks that may be required from time to time.

What you’ll bring

  • With a Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, and/or related field.
  • With at least two (2) years of solid and comprehensive experience in the same capacity.
  • Has experience and knowledge of HR processes, systems, and tools within the various stages of the employee lifecycle.
  • Has proven skills in managing, understanding, and executing of ERP systems and tools, database functionality, and reporting.
  • Proficient in employee data process management.
