Als Quality Operative (all genders) unterstützt Du gemeinsam mit dem Quality Supervisor die Umsetzung und Einhaltung der Qualitätssicherungs- sowie Qualitätskontrollprozesse (QS/QC) im operativen Tagesgeschäft. Dabei überwachst und bewertest Du sowohl die betrieblichen Abläufe als auch die Produktqualität vor Ort. Somit leistest Du einen wichtigen Beitrag zur Sicherstellung unserer Produktqualität und bist von Beginn an ein wertvoller Teil des Teams und unserer Mission: We want to change the way people eat forever.

Dein Verantwortungsbereich

  • Prüfung eingehender Lebensmittel inkl. Verpackungen auf Frische, Mängel und Einhaltung der Qualitätsvorgaben in Kollaboration mit funktionsübergreifenden Produktionsteams zur Gewährleistung einheitlicher, sicherer Lebensmittelstandards
  • Kontrolle von Etiketten, Chargennummern und Mindesthaltbarkeitsdaten im gesamten Lagerbestand zur Sicherstellung einer lückenlosen Rückverfolgbarkeit der Produkte und präzisen Nachverfolgung der Haltbarkeitsdauer
  • Überwachung der Produktions-, Sortier- und Temperaturkontrollprozesse, um die vollständige Einhaltung lokaler Qualitäts- sowie Hygienestandards am Standort zu garantieren
  • Dokumentation von Prüfergebnissen und Qualitätsabweichungen mithilfe hochwertiger Bildaufnahmen im digitalen Qualitätskontroll-Tool (QC) zur Bereitstellung von Echtzeitdaten und umsetzbaren Erkenntnissen für die Qualitätsverantwortlichen vor Ort
  • Durchführung von Korrekturmaßnahmen und Prozessvalidierungen bei auftretenden Abweichungen zur Vermeidung der Weiterleitung minderwertiger Artikel
  • Förderung der HelloFresh-Qualitätskultur durch die aktive Teilnahme an regelmäßigen internen Schulungen und der kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Qualitätsstandards im gesamten Werk

Dein Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung oder fundierte Erfahrung im Lebensmittelbereich (Lebensmittelindustrie, Lebensmittelhandel, Gastronomie)
  • Erste Berufserfahrung in der Beurteilung/Bewertung von Lebensmitteln
  • Begeisterung für die Arbeit mit Nahrungsmitteln
  • Selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise und ein ausgeprägtes Auge fürs Detail
  • Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein und Eigeninitiative
  • Bereitschaft zur Schicht- und Wochenendarbeit
  • Fließende Deutsch- (mind. C1-Niveau) und gute Englischkenntnisse (wünschenswert)
