  • Work with Credit Business and Product Owners across Mortgages and Securities-Backed Lending to map end-to-end data, process, and control flows.
  • Analyse risk-weighted asset (RWA) impacts arising from different commercial decisions and deliver previously designed technology feeds.
  • Review business controls, technology controls, and SOX controls linked to relevant products for Basel 3.1 compliance.
  • Perform control testing, including tests of design and tests of effectiveness, for relevant controls.
  • Recommend actions to address weaknesses or gaps that could lead to regulatory reporting non-compliance.

  • Assess readiness for the preparation and submission of Basel 3.1 regulatory reports to relevant authorities.
  • Assess the development and implementation of training programmes to educate PBWM stakeholders on Basel 3.1 regulatory requirements and compliance responsibilities.
  • Review the readiness and ongoing maintenance of regulatory reporting systems and software applications.
  • Collaborate with IT colleagues to integrate regulatory reporting systems with other enterprise systems.

Qualifications

  • Demonstrate knowledge of Basel 3.1 regulatory reporting requirements and their applicability to banking activities, products, and services.
  • Bring experience in regulatory compliance, assurance, business analysis, or financial services control environments.
  • Possess experience reviewing data lineage, golden sources, and end-to-end data, process, and control flows.

  • Meet the requirement for BPSS eligibility and payment through an umbrella company under PAYE.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
