About the Role

We are seeking a professional, detail-oriented, and client-focused Remote Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this role, you will work alongside experienced advisors to support clients throughout their experience by providing exceptional customer service, managing communications, and ensuring all details are handled accurately and efficiently.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer support while assisting assigned advisors
