Als Personalreferent (m/w/d) mit Schwerpunkt internationales HR-Management übernimmst du Verantwortung für internationale Personalprozesse, berätst Führungskräfte und entwickelst globale HR-Strukturen und Vergütungssysteme weiter. Dabei verbindest du strategische Personalarbeit mit operativer HR-Expertise und trägst dazu bei, unsere internationale Zusammenarbeit zu stärken. Deine Aufgaben – internationale HR aktiv gestalten Internationale Personalbetreuung und HR-Beratung

  • Du steuerst internationale Einstellungs-, Vertrags- und Vergütungsprozesse.
  • Du berätst Vorstand und Führungskräfte in internationalen Personal- und Führungsfragen.
  • Du bearbeitest komplexe HR-Sachverhalte unter Berücksichtigung relevanter arbeits- und sozialrechtlicher Bestimmungen.

Internationales Recruiting und Personalmanagement

  • Du begleitest internationale Recruiting-Prozesse – von der Stellenausschreibung und Bewerberauswahl über Vorstellungsgespräche bis zur Vertragsgestaltung und Einstellung.
  • Du bringst deine Expertise in internationale Personal- und Vertragsangelegenheiten ein.

Strategische HR-Entwicklung und Vergütungssysteme

  • Du optimierst bestehende HR-Prozesse und entwickelst neue Personalinstrumente.
  • Du wirkst an der Weiterentwicklung globaler Gehalts- und Vergütungssysteme mit.
  • Du erstellst HR-Reports und unterstützt das Personalcontrolling.

Du arbeitest an bereichsübergreifenden HR-Projekten

Das bringst du mit:

  • Ein abgeschlossenes wirtschafts- oder sozialwissenschaftliches Studium mit Schwerpunkt Personalwesen (mindestens Bachelor) oder eine entsprechende Qualifikation als geprüfter Personalfachkaufmann bzw. geprüfte Personalfachkauffrau oder als geprüfte Personalreferent (IHK).
  • Relevante Berufserfahrung im internationalen Personalmanagement.
  • Fundierte Fachkenntnisse in internationalen Vertrags- und Vergütungsthemen sowie im grenzüberschreitenden Recruiting.
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit Personalmanagementsystemen.
  • Verhandlungsgeschick, interkulturelle Kompetenz und eine selbstständige, strukturierte Arbeitsweise.
  • Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Menschen und internationalen Teams.

Das ist von Vorteil:

  • Berufserfahrung in einer Nichtregierungsorganisation (NGO) oder im internationalen Non-Profit-Bereich.
  • Französischkenntnisse.
