## Job Summary The Senior Software Engineer plays a critical role in developing and maintaining innovative software solutions. This position requires a strong understanding of modern web technologies and architecture, specifically in React, Node.js, and Spring Boot. The ideal candidate will contribute effectively to the team while driving the technical direction of projects.

## Responsibilities - Design, develop, and implement scalable web applications using React, Node.js, and Spring Boot. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and improve software features. - Optimize application performance and ensure high availability. - Troubleshoot and debug applications to enhance functionality and user experience. - Participate in code reviews to ensure code quality and adherence to best practices. - Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on technical challenges.

## Qualifications - 3-7 years of professional experience in software development. - Proficiency in React, Node.js, and Spring Boot frameworks. - Strong understanding of RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. - Familiarity with databases such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, or MongoDB. - Solid foundation in software engineering principles and practices. - Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills. - Strong communication and teamwork abilities. - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

## Preferred Skills - Experience with cloud platforms like AWS or Azure. - Knowledge of containerization tools such as Docker and Kubernetes. - Familiarity with testing frameworks and unit testing.

## Experience - 3-7 years of relevant experience in software engineering, particularly using modern web technologies.

## Environment - Work will take place in Bangalore, with the typical setting being an in-office environment.

## Salary - Expected salary package ranges from 24L to 32L per annum.
