POSTE :

Pour accompagner le développement de notre équipe d’intervenants à domicile, nous recrutons un/une Auxiliaire de Vie pour intervenir sur le secteur de Thillois et ses environs.

MISSION :

Vous interviendrez au domicile de personnes en perte d’autonomie pour les accompagner dans leur quotidien.

Au programme :

  • Aide à la toilette, à l’habillage et à la mobilité
  • Aide aux repas (préparation, aide à la prise)
  • Courses et accompagnement à l’extérieur
  • Entretien du logement et du linge
  • Stimulation et maintien du lien social (discussions, jeux, promenades)
  • Aide administrative simple (lecture de courriers, prise de rendez-vous)
  • Veille au bien-être et à la sécurité des bénéficiaires

Conditions du contrat :

  • Type de contrat : CDI
  • Temps de travail : Temps plein ou partiel en fonction de vos disponibilités
  • Rémunération : à partir de 12,83€ brut/heure
  • Date de démarrage souhaitée : Dès que possible

Profil recherché

Savoir-être :

Compétences techniques :

  • Capacité à accompagner les gestes du quotidien (toilette, repas, mobilité…)
  • Connaissance des gestes et techniques d’entretien du domicile et du linge
  • Maîtrise des règles d’hygiène et de sécurité
  • Savoir adapter son intervention aux besoins de chaque bénéficiaire

Diplôme attendu :

  • Titre professionnel Assistant(e) de Vie aux Familles (ADVF),
  • Diplôme d'État d’Auxiliaire de Vie Sociale (DEAVS),
  • Bac Pro ASSP
  • Ou tout autre diplôme du secteur médico-social

Mobilité :

  • Vous devez être en capacité de vous déplacer de manière autonome au domicile des bénéficiaires sur le secteur défini (véhicule personnel, transports en commun, autres solutions de mobilité)
