Ce qui t'attend

  • Assurer le traitement des décisions de l'assurances-invalidité (AI) et des assureurs LAA dans le domaine LAMal ; analyse des dossiers AI et LAA et traitement des demandes de restitution des prestations
  • Gérer la détection des cas accidents dans le cadre des prestations LAMal ; envoi et traitement des questionnaires accident, contrôle et paiement des factures
  • Prendre en charge la correspondance simple et complexe et garantir une communication régulière avec les assurés, les différents prestataires et les prestataires de soins

Ce que nous attendons

  • Formation d'employé de commerce avec quelques années d'expérience ; connaissances du domaine des assurances demandées
  • A l'aise avec les outils informatiques
  • Maitrise du français ; connaissances en allemand, un atout
  • Aptitude à bien s'intégrer dans une équipe
