Was dich erwartet

  • Prüfen und Verarbeiten von ambulanten Rechnungen nach medizinischen und versicherungsrelevanten Vorgaben
  • Telefonisches Beraten und Informieren unserer Kundinnen und Kunden sowie Leistungserbringenden betreffend Leistungsthemen, allgemeinen Versicherungsfragen sowie unseren Produkten und Dienstleitungen
  • Erledigen von Korrespondenzen und Bearbeiten von Kostengutsprachen
  • Zusammenarbeit mit Fachspezialistinnen und -spezialisten sowie mit dem Vertrauensärztlichen Dienst

Was du mitbringst

  • Ausbildung im paramedizinischen und/oder kaufmännischen Bereich
  • Mind. 2 Jahre Versicherungserfahrung (von Vorteil im Leistungsbereich einer Kranken- oder Sozialversicherung) sowie gute medizinische Kenntnisse
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse der ambulanten Arzttarifen und in MS Office
  • Stilsicheres Deutsch in Wort und Schrift, sowie Fremdsprachen von Vorteil
  • Hohe Kundenorientierung und Dienstleistungsbereitschaft, Freude an Teamarbeit sowie am täglichen telefonischen Kundenkontakt
