Helthjem Netthandel søker vikarer til høysesongen i alle driftsavdelinger på vår flotte, nye terminal i Toveien 19.

Har du høy arbeidsmoral, tar initiativ, er effektiv og stabil, ønsker vi å høre fra deg.

Arbeidsoppgaver:

Varemottak og truck:

  • Ta imot, kontrollere og ankomstregistrere varer og lastebærere fra ulike kunder
  • Transportere varer og lastebærere internt til ulike arbeidsstasjoner i henhold til prioriteringen
  • Plassere varer på riktige lokasjoner på utgående felt i henhold til driftsplan
  • Utføre regelmessige kontroller på truckene

Pakkesortering og -håndtering ved sorteringsanlegget:

  • Håndtere og sortere pakker ved sorteringsanlegget i henhold til etablerte rutiner, som for eks. jobbe ved en automatisk eller manuell innmatingsstasjon
  • Manuell sortering av pakker med fingerskanner
  • Sette på etiketter på pakker
  • Plukking og pakking av enkelte 3PL varer
  • Identifisere og løse mindre feil som oppstår på sorteringsanlegget

Avvik- og retur:

  • Håndtere avviks- og returpakker, dette inkluderer også utarbeidelse av tolldokumenter
  • Spore opp informasjon og behandle avvikspakker gjennom interne IT- systemer
  • Ha dialog med kundeservice og andre avdelinger

Endringer i arbeidsoppgaver kan forekomme.

  • Kan kommunisere godt med kolleger, ledere og andre avdelinger på norsk, både muntlig og skriftlig
  • Trives og like en aktiv og fysisk jobb
  • Holde lageret ryddig og oversiktlig
  • Følge HMS-rutiner, spesielt sikkerhetsrutiner for arbeid rundt sorteringsanlegget
  • Bidra til effektiv vareflyt og optimalisering
  • Ønskelig tilleggskompetanse, men ikke et krav: Truckførerbevis T1 – T4 Erfaring fra tollbehandling er en fordel Erfaring fra tilsvarende arbeidet
