Was du bewirkst ##

* * Du berätst selbständig dein eigenes Portefeuille von Unternehmenskunden der Bank, mit Schwerpunkt Kredite und Hypotheken im Bereich von Renditeliegenschaften. * Du akquirierst neue Kundschaft aus dem eigenen Netzwerk oder aus anderen Vertriebskanälen (Vermittler, Versicherung usw.) und baust bestehende Kundenpositionen aus. * Du vermittelst weitere Geschäftsmöglichkeiten innerhalb der Bank und Versicherung. * Du erstellst und koordinierst Kreditrevisionen, inkl. Kundenbesprechung. * Du nimmst an Kundenevents von Helvetia teil und betreust dort deine Kundinnen und Kunden.

Was du mitbringst ##

* * Du verfügst über eine kaufmännische Grundausbildung sowie mehrjährige Berufserfahrung bei einer Bank in der Schweiz. * Du hast vertiefte Kenntnisse im Hypothekarfinanzierungsgeschäft sowie in der Finanzierung von Renditeimmobilien. * Idealerweise hast du eine weiterführende Ausbildung in der Finanzbranche abgeschlossen. * Du bist eine flexible, dienstleistungs- und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit, die über eine rasche Auffassungsgabe verfügt und offen für Veränderungen ist. * Kundenfokus ist dir wichtig: Es geht um individuell bestmögliche Lösungen und eine exakte Bearbeitung. Du arbeitest strukturiert und umsichtig. * Kenntnisse der Banking-Software Avaloq sowie Vernetzung in der Region Solothurn sind erwünscht.
