Qu'il s'agisse de choisir la solution de placement adéquate, de préparer sa retraite ou de financer un logement en propriété, vous accompagnez nos clientes et clients dans les moments clés de leur vie financière. À l'écoute de leurs besoins, vous développez des solutions personnalisées en combinant au mieux notre offre globale en banque et en assurance.

  • Vous conseillez de manière globale et personnalisée une clientèle privée dans les domaines des placements, du financement, de la prévoyance et de la gestion des liquidités.
  • Vous intégrez dans votre conseil global les prestations d'assurance et les services issus de nos partenariats, en étroite collaboration avec vos collègues de la banque et de l'assurance, afin d'offrir à nos clientes et clients un accompagnement complet et cohérent.
  • Vous identifiez les opportunités de conseil complémentaires et les exploitez grâce à un cross-selling ciblé de solutions bancaires et d'assurance.
  • Vous mettez en œuvre avec enthousiasme, engagement et esprit d'initiative la stratégie de développement du marché définie par l'équipe.
  • Vous acquérez activement de nouveaux clients et développez continuellement votre portefeuille.
  • Vous représentez la Baloise Banque lors d'événements clients et entretenez activement votre réseau dans la région.

Ton profil ##

  • Vous êtes une personnalité engagée, intègre et dotée d'un esprit entrepreneurial, avec un fort sens du service à la clientèle de qualité.
  • Vous êtes titulaire d'une formation bancaire ou d'une formation équivalente dans le domaine bancaire ou financier.
  • Vous disposez de la certification SAQ pour la clientèle individuelle ou êtes prêt(e) à l'obtenir dans un délai raisonnable.
  • Une formation complémentaire en gestion d'entreprise (école supérieure ou haute école spécialisée) constitue un atout.
  • Vous justifiez de trois à cinq ans d'expérience minimum dans le conseil à la clientèle dans le secteur bancaire ou financier.
  • Grâce à votre réseau établi dans la région de Genève, vous développez facilement de nouveaux contacts et construisez des relations durables avec les clients.
