Was du bewirkst ##

  • Du bist die erste Ansprechperson für operative HR-Themen sowie systembezogene Anfragen in deinem Betreuungsbereich.
  • Entlang des gesamten Employee Life Cycle unterstützt und berätst du Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte kompetent und serviceorientiert - von der Vertragserstellung bis zum Austritt.
  • Gemeinsam mit HR Business Partnern, Recruiting, Payroll, dem Team Systeme sowie verschiedenen HR Competence Centern sorgst du für reibungslose und effiziente HR-Prozesse.
  • Durch deine Ideen und dein Engagement trägst du aktiv zu einer positiven Employee Experience bei und unterstützt die kontinuierliche Digitalisierung unserer HR-Landschaft.
  • Ferienvertretungen innerhalb des Teams übernimmst du flexibel und trägst damit zu einer verlässlichen Zusammenarbeit bei.
  • Eingehende Ticketing-Anfragen bearbeitest du professionell, effizient und lösungsorientiert.
  • In der Rolle als Key User wirkst du bei der Weiterentwicklung verschiedener HR-Systeme mit und engagierst dich in spannenden HR-Projekten während einer wichtigen Transformationsphase.

Was du mitbringst ##

  • Eine abgeschlossene kaufmännische Grundausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation sowie eine Weiterbildung im Bereich Human Resources, idealerweise mit eidgenössischem Fachausweis.
  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Personaladministration; Kenntnisse im Arbeits- und Sozialversicherungsrecht sind von Vorteil.
  • Eine selbstständige, strukturierte und präzise Arbeitsweise sowie ein ausgeprägtes Auge fürs Detail.
  • Hohe Dienstleistungsorientierung und Freude daran, Mitarbeitende und Führungskräfte kompetent zu beraten.
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift und gute Kenntnisse in Französisch, Englisch oder Italienisch von Vorteil.
  • Sicherheit im Umgang mit HR-Systemen und digitalen Lösungen wie SAP, SuccessFactors, UKG oder PeopleDoc sowie Interesse an neuen Technologien und KI-Anwendungen.
  • Eine teamorientierte, belastbare und lösungsorientierte Persönlichkeit mit positiver Haltung und Freude an Veränderungen.
  • Offenheit für neue Prozesse, unterschiedliche Systemwelten und die aktive Mitgestaltung einer gemeinsamen HR-Zukunft.
