Als Reinsurance Specialist übernimmst du eine zentrale Rolle in der finanziellen Betreuung des internationalen Versicherungs- und Rückversicherungsgeschäfts von Specialty Lines CH & International und sorgst dafür, dass komplexe Verträge jederzeit korrekt, vollständig und termingerecht abgebildet sind.

Du betreust ausgewählte Vertragsportfolios ganzheitlich über die Brutto- und Rückversicherungsseite hinweg; von der Abbildung in SAP FS-RI bis zum Management von Zahlungsflüssen, Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten in SAP FS-CD. Mit deinen Analysen schaffst du Transparenz, lieferst wertvolle Impulse für fundierte Entscheidungen und entwickelst effiziente End-to-End-Prozesse aktiv weiter. Gleichzeitig bringst du deine Expertise bei Abschlüssen, Reporting und Planung im Passive Reinsurance Team ein.

Was du bewirkst ##

  • Du betreust ausgewählte Versicherungs- und Rückversicherungsverträge über den gesamten Lebenszyklus und sorgst für eine präzise, vollständige und termingerechte Abbildung in SAP FS-RI.
  • Du sicherst mit deinem Qualitätsfokus die Vertragskonformität von Transaktionen, Abrechnungen und Bordereaux sowie konsistente Ergebnisse auf Brutto-, Ceded- und Nettoebene.
  • Du treibst zentrale Zahlungsprozesse in SAP FS-CD voran, behältst Forderungen und Verbindlichkeiten im Blick und stellst reibungslose Zahlungsströme sicher.
  • Du verwandelst Vertrags-, Zahlungs- und Ergebnisdaten in klare Insights und fundierte Entscheidungsgrundlagen für das Management.
  • Du setzt deine Expertise bei Quartals- und Jahresabschlüssen, Forecasts und Finanzplanung ein und begleitest Treaty Renewals sowie neue Vertragsstrukturen.
  • Du löst Differenzen pragmatisch und partnerschaftlich - im engen Austausch mit internen Teams, Kunden, Brokern und Rückversicherungspartnern.
  • Du gestaltest die Zukunft unserer End-to-End-Prozesse aktiv mit, beschleunigst Automatisierung und begleitest Systemtests, Migrationen sowie regulatorische und bilanzielle Projekte.

Was du mitbringst ##

  • Du verfügst über ein abgeschlossenes Studium in Betriebswirtschaft, Accounting oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Du bringst Erfahrung im Versicherungs- oder Rückversicherungsumfeld mit, idealerweise im Financial Accounting, Technical Accounting oder in der Nebenbuchführung.
  • Du setzt deine Kenntnisse in IFRS 17 und/oder lokalen Rechnungslegungsvorschriften sicher ein; Erfahrung mit SAP FS-RI und SAP FS-CD ist ein Plus.
  • Du überzeugst mit analytischem, lösungsorientiertem Denken sowie einem ausgeprägten Qualitäts- und Detailbewusstsein.
  • Du handelst auch in intensiven Phasen souverän, zuverlässig und fokussiert und setzt Prioritäten wirkungsvoll.
  • Du gestaltest deinen Verantwortungsbereich mit Eigeninitiative, Selbständigkeit und Teamgeist aktiv mit.
  • Du kommunizierst komplexe Sachverhalte klar und überzeugend - auf Deutsch und Englisch sowie im Austausch mit internen und externen Partnern.
