Was du bewirkst ##

  • Du bearbeitest anspruchsvolle Motorfahrzeugschäden mit internationalem Bezug selbstständig und kundenorientiert
  • Du verhandelst telefonisch und schriftlich in mehreren Sprachen mit den Anspruchsstellern und Partnerunternehmen aus verschiedenen Ländern und führst Rechtslage- und Abkommens- Regresse in der Schweiz und im Ausland durch
  • Du koordinierst die Schadenabwicklung mit internationalen Partnern und stellst eine hohe Regulierungsqualität sicher
  • Du analysierst Schadenfälle, triffst fundierte Entscheidungen und bringst dein Fachwissen bei Optimierungen, Qualitätsmassnahmen und Projekten aktiv ein
  • Ausserdem bist du Ansprechperson intern für Aussendienst, Broker und Produktmanagement sowie für unseren Kooperationspartner in der Personen-Assistance.

Was du mitbringst ##

  • Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Schadenbearbeitung Motorfahrzeug und/oder Reiseversicherung idealerweise mit internationalem Bezug.
  • Du verfügst über fliessende Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift, sowie Italienisch und/oder Französisch; weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind ein grosses Plus
  • Du bringst idealerweise den eidg. Fachausweis als Versicherungsfachfrau/-mann oder eine vergleichbare Weiterbildung mit
  • Du kommunizierst klar, verhandlungssicher und adressatengerecht
  • Du arbeitest selbstständig, strukturiert und behältst auch in anspruchsvollen Situationen den Überblick
  • Du bist eine empathische Persönlichkeit mit hoher Kundenorientierung und schätzt die Zusammenarbeit mit internen sowie internationalen Partnern
  • Du bringst dich mit Ideen ein und hast Freude daran, Prozesse und die Zusammenarbeit kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln
