Du unterstützt unsere Beraterinnen und Berater bei anspruchsvollen Kundenfällen, erkennst Geschäftsmöglichkeiten und sorgst dafür, dass unsere Kundinnen und Kunden professionell begleitet werden.

Was du bewirkst ##

  • Fachliche Unterstützung unserer Beraterinnen und Berater in den Bereichen Eigenheim, Vorsorge und Vermögen.
  • Durchführung von Vorsorgeanalysen sowie Vorbereitung von Beratungsunterlagen und Kundenpräsentationen.
  • Unterstützung bei komplexen Kundenfällen rund um Pensionierung, Finanzplanung, Wohneigentum und Vermögensaufbau.
  • Qualitätsprüfung von Finanz-, Vorsorge- und Eigenheimlösungen im Vier-Augen-Prinzip.
  • Bearbeitung und Koordination von Leads sowie Sicherstellung eines professionellen Lead-Controllings.
  • Unterstützung bei der Organisation und Durchführung von Schulungen sowie Förderung des Wissenstransfers innerhalb der Generalagentur Fricktal.
  • Prüfung und Verarbeitung von Anträgen sowie administrative Unterstützung im Tagesgeschäft.
  • Mitarbeit bei Marktbearbeitungsmassnahmen, Kundenanlässen und Kampagnen.

Was du mitbringst ##

  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Finanzdienstleistungsumfeld, vorzugsweise im Bankbereich, sowie fundierte Kenntnisse in Finanzierung und privater Vorsorge.
  • Eine abgeschlossene Weiterbildung als Finanzplaner:in.
  • Erfahrung rund um Hypotheken und Finanzierung Eigenheim
  • Freude daran, komplexe Kundensituationen zu analysieren und individuelle Lösungen in den Bereichen Vorsorge, Vermögen und Eigenheim zu entwickeln.
  • Eine selbstständige, qualitätsbewusste und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise kombiniert mit ausgeprägter Kunden- und Dienstleistungsorientierung.
  • Kommunikationsstärke, ein sicheres Auftreten sowie die Fähigkeit, andere durch dein Fachwissen zu unterstützen und zu begeistern.
