Zur Verstärkung unserer Teams am Flughafen Zürich und im Bereich Operations Services suchen wir DICH per sofort oder nach Vereinbarung.

Diese abwechslungsreiche Position verbindet zwei spannende Aufgabenbereiche: Du arbeitest im Customer Service direkt am Flughafen Zürich und im Back Office unseres Operations Services Teams, genaue Aufteilung erfolgt in der monatlichen Planung, je nach Bedarf.

Du bist somit sowohl direkt im Kontakt mit unseren Kunden als auch im Hintergrund für reibungslose administrative Abläufe verantwortlich. Diese Kombination bietet dir einen vielseitigen Arbeitsalltag, unterschiedliche Herausforderungen und die Möglichkeit, verschiedene Bereiche unseres Unternehmens kennenzulernen.

Deine Aufgaben

Customer Service – Flughafen Zürich

  • Betreuung und Beratung unserer nationalen und internationalen Kunden am Flughafen Zürich
  • Abwicklung von Fahrzeugübergaben und Fahrzeugrücknahmen
  • Erstellung und Bearbeitung von Mietverträgen
  • Aktiver Verkauf von Zusatzleistungen und Produkten
  • Sicherstellung eines hervorragenden Kundenerlebnisses
  • Unterstützung des Teams bei den täglichen operativen Herausforderungen am Flughafen

Operations Services – Back Office

  • Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen und Reklamationen – schriftlich und telefonisch
  • Sorgfältige und termingerechte Bearbeitung sowie Versand von Kundenrechnungen
  • Unterstützung bei der effizienten Bearbeitung von Schäden und Bussen
  • Sammeln, Auswerten und Nachverfolgen von Kundenfeedbacks
  • Unterstützung bei administrativen und operativen Prozessen
  • Einbringen und Umsetzen praktischer Ideen zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unserer Abläufe und des Kundenerlebnisses
