This is a temporary assignment requiring someone who can become operational after a short onboarding period. Previous experience in carve-out or separation programmes would be a strong advantage.

  • Support the preparation of leadership briefings and presentations.

Planning and coordination ###

  • Coordinate planning activities across multiple workstreams;
  • Maintain integrated programme plans, milestones and dependency trackers;
  • Monitor progress against key deliverables;
  • Identify and escalate delays, risks and dependencies;
  • Facilitate communication and alignment between workstream leads and Project Managers.

RAID management ###

  • Maintain Risk, Assumption, Issue and Dependency logs;
  • Support risk identification, assessment and mitigation activities;
  • Track the resolution of programme issues;
  • Highlight emerging risks and areas requiring attention;
  • Prepare regular RAID updates for programme leadership.

Stakeholder and communications support ###

  • Support stakeholder engagement and programme communication activities;
  • Coordinate programme-wide updates and communications;
  • Ensure consistency of information across programme functions;
  • Assist with the preparation of internal presentations and communication materials.

Financial and resource tracking ###

  • Support programme budget and financial tracking activities;
  • Monitor programme expenditure and assist with reporting;
  • Maintain resource plans and onboarding or offboarding records;
  • Support the coordination of resources across workstreams.

Documentation and quality management ###

  • Maintain programme documentation and repository structures;
  • Ensure that project information is accurate, up to date and easily accessible;
  • Support adherence to programme governance standards and methodologies;
  • Contribute to quality assurance activities;
  • Promote effective PMO and programme management practices.

Required profile ##

  • Several years of experience in PMO, programme coordination or project support roles;
  • Experience supporting multiple Project Managers or workstreams;
  • Previous experience in a complex transformation, separation or carve-out programme is highly desirable;
  • Strong knowledge of programme governance, reporting, planning and RAID management;
  • Experience preparing dashboards, status reports, presentations and action logs;
  • Good understanding of financial and resource tracking;
  • Excellent organisational and coordination skills;
  • Ability to work independently and become operational quickly;
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills;
  • Proficiency in standard project management and reporting tools;
  • Fluent English. German would be an advantage.

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
