dit ga je doen Als assistant shopmanager bij HEMA biedt je steun aan het team en de shopmanager. Jij zorgt voor een glimlach op het gezicht van iedere klant én collega. Je weet precies hoe je de juiste mensen aantrekt en aan je bindt: van werving en onboarding tot de training van nieuwe collega’s.

Je hebt het overzicht over alles wat er speelt – van de financiële en operationele processen tot de logistieke planning. Met jouw betrokken leiderschap bouw je met de shopmanager aan een sterk, hecht team. Je zet performance management in om het beste uit het team te halen, elke dag weer.

Samen met je team en de shopmanager werk je doelgericht en zorg je ervoor dat jullie niet alleen de targets halen, maar ze het liefst overtreffen. Want commerciële kansen?
