Als Regional Manager ben jij de verbindende schakel tussen onze winkels en het support office. Je coacht en ondersteunt de filiaalmanagers in jouw regio zodat zij én hun teams het beste uit zichzelf kunnen halen.

Je bent regelmatig in de winkels aanwezig, weet wat er leeft op de werkvloer en stuurt op commerciële resultaten, klanttevredenheid en teamontwikkeling. Je deelt best practices, ziet kansen voor verbetering en vertaalt onze strategie naar concrete acties.

Met jouw ervaring, energie en leiderschap zorg je ervoor dat winkels niet alleen hun doelstellingen behalen, maar ze liefst ook overtreffen.

  • bachelor- of masterniveau
  • minimaal 6 jaar relevante ervaring in retail
  • vlot tweetalig (NL/FR)

  • het talent om mensen te verbinden en mee te nemen in verandering
