Als teamleader ben jij de motor achter een succesvolle afdeling in de winkel – of dit nu mode, hardware of food is. Jij zorgt samen met de filiaalmanager en andere teamleaders dat alles op rolletjes loopt, neemt elkaars taken over bij afwezigheid, en staat klaar om te helpen waar nodig. Jouw taak? Het informeren, coachen en begeleiden van jouw team, zodat ze elke dag met plezier aan de slag gaan.

Je maakt jouw afdeling tot een succes door duidelijke doelen te stellen, zowel op commercieel vlak als in de persoonlijke ontwikkeling van je teamleden. Denk aan het delen van de commerciële kalender, nieuwe productinformatie en dagelijkse targets, maar ook aan het ontwikkelen van talenten binnen jouw team. Je hebt een dynamische rol waarin je stuurt op KPI’s, organiseert, activiteiten plant, nieuwe collega’s inwerkt en samen met jouw team de klant een geweldige ervaring biedt.
