Voor de hoofdzetel in Temse zijn we op zoek naar een gedreven Storingstechnieker.

Geen productie zonder techniek. Geen continuïteit zonder jou! In onze moderne werkomgeving zorg jij ervoor dat de installaties optimaal blijven draaien. Bij storingen grijp je snel en doeltreffend in, terwijl je met preventief onderhoud problemen voorkomt nog vóór ze ontstaan.

  • Analyseren en lokaliseren van storingen op mechanisch, elektrisch, hydraulisch en pneumatisch vlak.
  • Gericht herstellen of vervangen van defecte componenten (zoals motoren, sensoren, pompen, relais).
  • Uitlezen en storingzoeken in PLC-sturingen
  • Uitvoeren van periodiek onderhoud volgens het onderhoudsplan.
  • Slijtagegevoelige onderdelen proactief vervangen om pannes te voorkomen.
  • Kalibreren en afstellen van machines.
  • Ombouwen of aanpassen van bestaande installaties om de efficiëntie, kwaliteit of veiligheid te verhogen.
  • Assisteren bij de installatie en inbedrijfstelling van nieuwe machines.
  • Rapporteren van de uitgevoerde werken in het digitale onderhoudsbeheersysteem.
  • Doorgeven van bestellingen voor wisselstukken die niet meer op voorraad zijn.
  • Je hebt een opleiding elektromechanica, mechanica of elektriciteit en /of ervaring als onderhoudstechnieker in een industriële productieomgeving
  • Je bent sterk in het analyseren en oplossen van technische problemen
  • Je bent een stressbestendige probleemoplosser met een sterk verantwoordelijkheidsgevoel
  • Je hebt aandacht voor veiligheid, planning en productieprocessen
  • Je kan zelfstandig werken en je hebt een hands-on mentaliteit
  • Kennis PLC-sturing is een must
  • Je bent een vroege vogel met een flexibele ingesteldheid
