Om onze verdere groei te ondersteunen, versterken we ons team in Temse met een System & Infrastructure Administrator / IT Support die graag collega’s helpt én energie krijgt van het beheren, verbeteren en beveiligen van onze IT-infrastructuur.

Jobomschrijving :

Als System & Infrastructure Administrator / IT support ben je een sleutelfiguur binnen onze IT-werking. Je combineert systeembeheer van servers met eerste- en tweedelijnssupport voor eindgebruikers, voornamelijk binnen een Microsoft 365-omgeving. Daarnaast draag je de verantwoordelijkheid voor onze volledige IT-infrastructuur.

Je werkt zowel proactief (beheer, onderhoud, optimalisatie) als reactief (support, incidenten) en hebt een brede technische rol met impact op de dagelijkse werking van de organisatie.

Systeem- en serverbeheer

  • Beheer, opvolging en onderhoud van Windows-servers (on‑premises en/of cloud)
  • Staging, configuratie en ingebruikname van nieuwe servers
  • Patchmanagement, back-ups, monitoring en basis security
  • Documentatie van systemen en procedures

Microsoft 365 & Identity Management

  • Beheer van Active Directory en Azure AD (gebruikers, groepen, rechten, policies)
  • Intensief gebruik van Microsoft Admin Centers (Microsoft 365, Entra ID, Exchange, Intune, Security & Compliance)
  • Configureren en beheren van O365-diensten zoals Outlook, Teams, SharePoint en OneDrive
  • Ondersteunen bij identity-, access- en device-management

Helpdesk (1e & 2e lijn)

  • Eerste aanspreekpunt voor IT‑vragen en incidenten
  • Analyse en oplossing van hardware- en softwareproblemen
  • Escalatie en opvolging van complexere issues
  • Ondersteuning en begeleiding van eindgebruikers

Werkplek- en infrastructuurbeheer

  • Staging, imaging en uitrol van pc’s en laptops
  • Installatie en configuratie van desktops, laptops en mobiele toestellen
  • Beheer van printers, scanners en andere randapparatuur
  • Basisbeheer van netwerkapparatuur (switches, firewalls, wifi, bekabeling)
  • Coördinatie met externe IT‑partners en leveranciers
  • Bachelor IT/Informatica of gelijkwaardig door ervaring (juniors ook welkom)
  • Sterke kennis van Windows Server, Active Directory en Microsoft 365
  • Aantoonbare ervaring met beheer via de Microsoft Admin Centers (Microsoft 365, Entra ID/Azure AD, Exchange, Intune, Security & Compliance)
  • Ervaring met staging, imaging en deployment van servers, pc’s en laptops
  • Kennis van werkplekbeheer en hardware support (desktops, laptops, printers, scanners)
  • Basis tot goede kennis van netwerken (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, VLAN)
  • Ervaring met 1e en 2e lijns IT-support en incidentopvolging
  • Gebruikersgericht, communicatief en service-minded
  • Analytisch sterk en probleemoplossend ingesteld
  • Gestructureerd, verantwoordelijk en zelfstandig
  • Teamplayer met een leergierige en proactieve houding
