O ROMA Centro Médico está crescendo e busca um(a) Fisioterapeuta apaixonado(a) pela reabilitação aquática para integrar nosso time de excelência na Unidade Pelinca.

Como será o seu dia a dia:

  • Transformar vidas pela água: Planejar e conduzir sessões dinâmicas de hidroginástica e atendimentos de hidroterapia (individuais e em grupo), adaptando cada conduta ao ritmo e objetivos do paciente.
  • Cuidado integral: Realizar avaliações funcionais, traçar planos terapêuticos resolutivos e acompanhar de perto a evolução clínica de cada participante.
  • Segurança e acolhimento: Garantir a aplicação rigorosa de protocolos preventivos com empatia, entusiasmo e foco na qualidade de vida.
  • Ambiente colaborativo: Atuar em sinergia com a equipe assistencial e administrativa, mantendo prontuários e registros em dia.

O que buscamos:

  • Graduação completa em Fisioterapia e registro ativo no CREFITO.
  • Vivência prática em hidroterapia e/ou condução de aulas de hidroginástica.
  • Domínio de técnicas aquáticas terapêuticas, suas indicações e contraindicações.
  • Perfil proativo, acolhedor, com boa comunicação e facilidade para motivar grupos.
