Som Data engineer ansvarar du för att bygga, förvalta och utveckla Hemsös dataplattform så att verksamheten får tillgång till tillförlitlig, aktuell och välstrukturerad data. Rollen är central i Hemsös digitala utveckling och möjliggör datadrivna beslut inom hela organisationen – från ekonomi och fastighetsförvaltning till hållbarhet och investeringar.

Huvudsakliga arbetsuppgifter

  • Utveckla och underhålla dataplattformen i Databricks, inklusive pipelines för insamling, transformation och lagring av data.
  • Integrera olika datakällor (interna och externa system) via API:er och automatiserade flöden.
  • Säkerställa hög datakvalitet, dokumentation och spårbarhet i hela datakedjan.
  • Samarbeta med digitaliseringsledare och verksamhetsutvecklare för att tillgängliggöra data på ett användarvänligt sätt.
  • Arbeta med datamodellering, metadatahantering och prestandaoptimering i molnplattformar.
  • Förståelse för hur man utvecklar ChatGPT-agenter kopplat till Databricks

Samarbete och ansvar

  • Arbetar nära CDO, digitaliseringsledning och produktägare i Hemsös datateam.
  • Ha kontakt med systemägare, IT och externa leverantörer.
  • Bidrar till att etablera goda rutiner för data governance och säkerhet.
  • Samarbetar med kollegor med teknisk kompetens kring hur data bör struktureras för att användas effektivt i vårt analysverktyg ThoughtSpot men även andra verktyg.
  • Ingår i ett team av andra data engineers

Kompetenser och erfarenhet

  • Minst 4 års erfarenhet av dataplattformsutveckling i Databricks, Azure, AWS eller GCP.
  • God kunskap i SQL, Python och moderna ETL-/ELT-processer.
  • Förståelse för datamodellering och databasteknik (t.ex. Delta Lake, parquet).
  • Erfarenhet av API-hantering och integrationer.
  • Erfarenhet av BI- eller analysverktyg, vi använder ThoughtSpot.
  • Meriterande med erfarenhet av data governance, masterdata och MCP-servers.
  • Kunna nyttja exv Claude code för att effektivisera sitt eget arbete

  • Strukturerad, nyfiken och lösningsorienterad.
  • Trivs i gränslandet mellan teknik och verksamhet.
  • Motiveras av att göra data begriplig och användbar.
  • Ser helheten – från källsystem till affärsvärde.
