Om jobbet

Som VVS-projektleder får du dine egne entrepriseprojekter og ansvaret for at få dem godt i mål. Vi arbejder med mellemstore og store VVS-entrepriser for offentlige, private og erhvervskunder, så både projekterne og de tekniske løsninger varierer.

Din hverdag foregår både på kontoret og ude på byggepladserne. Du har kontakten til montører, bygherrer, rådgivere og samarbejdspartnere og sørger for, at der er styr på økonomi, bemanding, kvalitet og fremdrift.

Du står ikke alene med opgaven. Hos Henning Mortensen A/S er vi mere end 200 medarbejdere med flere tekniske fag samlet under samme tag. Det giver dig gode muligheder for at sparre med kolleger og finde løsninger på tværs af fagene.

Du kommer blandt andet til at:

  • Tage ansvar for VVS-entrepriser fra opstart til aflevering
  • Planlægge bemanding, materialer og fremdrift på projekterne
  • Holde styr på økonomi, tidsplan og kvalitet
  • Deltage i byggemøder og koordinere med bygherrer, rådgivere og øvrige fag
  • Sparre med montørerne om løsninger og udførelse
  • Sikre kvalitetssikring og dokumentation gennem projektet

Din profil

Vi forestiller os, at du har:

Erfaring med projektledelse inden for VVS-entrepriser

En stærk VVS-faglig forståelse og blik for gode løsninger

Evnen til at bevare overblikket, når flere ting kræver din opmærksomhed

En ansvarsbevidst tilgang og følger dine projekter helt til dørs

Gode samarbejdsevner og trives i dialogen med montører, kunder og øvrige aktører på byggepladsen.
