Procuramos uma pessoa para a função de Account Manager que queira desenvolver relações de confiança, impulsionar o crescimento de clientes e gerar impacto real no setor médico e dentário em Portugal.

A tua missão

Serás responsável pela gestão e desenvolvimento de uma carteira de clientes no setor da saúde, incluindo hospitais, clínicas médicas e clínicas dentárias.

O teu dia a dia incluirá:

  • Gestão e desenvolvimento de contas existentes e prospeção de novos clientes
  • Identificação de oportunidades de negócio e crescimento em clientes estratégicos
  • Elaboração e execução de planos comerciais e de desenvolvimento de contas
  • Negociação de propostas, concursos e acordos comerciais
  • Colaboração com equipas internas (Marketing, Financeiro, Atendimento ao Cliente e outras áreas)
  • Análise de dados comerciais para apoio à tomada de decisão
  • Gestão e atualização de atividade comercial em CRM

O que procuramos

  • Experiência mínima de 5 anos em funções comerciais similares
  • Experiência em gestão e desenvolvimento de contas (account management)
  • Conhecimento do setor da saúde e/ou dentário (valorizado)
  • Experiência em vendas de dispositivos médicos ou material clínico (valorizado)
  • Experiência obrigatória em utilização de CRM
  • Capacidade de análise de dados e orientação para resultados
  • Experiência em gestão de grandes contas e processos de venda complexos
  • Licenciatura em Gestão, Marketing, Economia ou área semelhante
  • Disponibilidade para viajar em Portugal
  • Carta de condução
