Nous recherchons actuellement : Chef de Produit Consommables H/F

En véritable chef de projet marketing, vous prenez en charge votre portefeuille de produits avec une approche stratégique de la catégorie. Vous analysez le marché, optimisez la performance de vos produits et développez des actions qui maximisent leur impact commercial.

Sous la responsabilité de la Responsable Marketing Cabinet et Laboratoire, vous collaborez étroitement avec les services achats, administration des ventes, financement et équipes commerciales pour assurer la cohérence et la performance de votre gamme.

Dans ce cadre, vos activités principales sont :

  • Développement et pilotage de vos catégories : définir le plan marketing 360° de votre portefeuille, analyser les performances et prioriser les initiatives pour maximiser la croissance de vos catégories.
  • Accompagnement commercial : mise en place de formations pour la force de vente, création d’outils de vente, argumentaires et suivi des résultats intégrant l’ajustement des actions en place.
  • Analyse marché et veille concurrentielle : étudier les tendances, recueillir les retours clients et proposer des recommandations pour renforcer la performance globale de vos catégories.
  • Gestion des relations fournisseurs : négocier les conditions commerciales, suivre les budgets et optimiser la rentabilité de votre portefeuille.

La compréhension du marché vous permet de construire le plan marketing, de positionner votre portefeuille de produits existants et futurs et de définir les actions et supports promotionnels.

Profil :

De formation supérieure Bac+4-5 ou équivalent, vous justifiez d'une expérience en marketing produit acquise idéalement dans le secteur dentaire.

Votre anglais est courant.

Doté d’excellentes qualités relationnelles et de communication, vous êtes reconnu et apprécié pour votre professionnalisme, vos qualités d’analyse et votre sens des priorités.

Curieux et créatif vous êtes capable de travailler de façon autonome, en vous montrant proactif et polyvalent mais également capable de travailler en synergie avec les autres services internes à l’entreprise avec des objectifs communs.
