Adware Expert, Google Ads & Meta Ads Expert

## Job Summary We are seeking a skilled professional with expertise in adware, Google Ads, and Meta (Facebook) Ads to join our team in Jaipur. This role will focus on planning, executing, and optimizing digital advertising campaigns across multiple platforms to drive business growth. The ideal candidate will bring a mix of technical proficiency in ad management and hands-on experience in WordPress development and LinkedIn marketing. The position is available as both an internship and a full-time opportunity, with immediate joining.

## Responsibilities - Create, manage, and optimize Google Ads and Meta (Facebook) advertising campaigns to achieve set objectives. - Develop and implement strategies for effective adware management and digital ad placement. - Monitor campaign performance, analyze metrics, and generate detailed reports on ROI and KPIs. - Execute LinkedIn marketing initiatives to expand brand reach and engagement. - Collaborate with the team to integrate ad campaigns with WordPress-based websites. - Stay updated on the latest advertising trends, tools, and best practices to ensure campaigns remain competitive. - Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to campaign performance or ad delivery.

## Qualifications - Minimum of 3 years of experience in digital advertising, specifically with Google Ads and Meta Ads. - Strong skills in Google Ads Campaign Management and Meta Ad Campaigns. - Experience with LinkedIn Marketing and WordPress Development. - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Computer Science, Business, or a related field preferred. - Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make actionable recommendations. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously and work in a fast-paced environment.

## Preferred Skills - Google Ads and Meta Ads certifications. - Experience with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization. - Proficiency in additional ad platforms (e.g., Twitter, Snapchat, TikTok) is a plus. - Knowledge of SEO best practices. - Familiarity with digital analytics tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, and others.

## Experience - Minimum 3 years of hands-on experience managing digital advertising campaigns (Google Ads, Meta Ads). - Prior experience with LinkedIn Marketing and WordPress development is highly desirable.

## Environment - Location: Jaipur - Work Setting: Onsite (in-office) - Employment Type: Internship or Full-Time - Immediate start date; flexible working hours may be available for the right candidate.

## Salary - ₹200,000 – ₹400,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
