## Job Summary We are seeking a highly skilled LinkedIn Expert to join our team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will be responsible for leveraging LinkedIn as a powerful platform for branding, networking, lead generation, and talent acquisition. This role requires a deep understanding of LinkedIn’s tools, algorithms, and best practices to drive business and personal brand growth. The position is open for both internship and full-time employment, with immediate joining.

## Responsibilities - Optimize LinkedIn profiles and company pages for maximum visibility and engagement. - Develop and implement LinkedIn marketing strategies to enhance brand presence. - Identify and connect with potential clients, partners, and talent through targeted outreach. - Create, curate, and schedule high-quality content tailored for LinkedIn audiences. - Monitor analytics to measure performance and adjust strategies accordingly. - Stay updated with the latest LinkedIn features, tools, and best practices.

## Qualifications - Minimum 2 years of hands-on experience managing LinkedIn profiles or business pages. - Strong understanding of LinkedIn algorithms, features, and content strategies. - Excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to analyze data and generate actionable insights. - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field. - Proficiency with social media management and analytics tools. - Creative mindset with attention to detail. - Strong networking and relationship-building skills.

## Preferred Skills - Previous experience in digital marketing or social media consultancy. - Certification in LinkedIn marketing or social media management. - Experience with LinkedIn Ads or paid campaigns. - Graphic design or basic video editing skills. - Knowledge of additional social media platforms.

## Experience - Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in LinkedIn management, marketing, or a related field.

## Environment - Location: Jaipur (on-site work environment). - Position type: Internship or Full-time. - Fast-paced, collaborative office setting. - May require occasional extended hours to meet deadlines.

## Salary - ₹150,000 – ₹450,000 per annum (depending on experience and employment type).
