Social Media Manager

## Job Summary We are seeking a motivated and creative Social Media Manager to join our team in Jaipur. This role is open to both interns and full-time candidates, making it ideal for recent graduates or individuals seeking to launch their career in digital marketing. The Social Media Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing social media strategies to enhance our brand presence, engage with our audience, and drive online growth. The successful candidate will play a key role in shaping our organization’s digital voice and achieving our social media objectives.

## Responsibilities - Develop, implement, and manage social media content across platforms such as Facebook, Instagram, Twitter, LinkedIn, and others. - Create engaging text, image, and video content tailored to each platform and audience. - Monitor social media channels for industry trends, competitor activity, and audience engagement opportunities. - Respond promptly to comments, messages, and interactions to foster a vibrant online community. - Analyze social media metrics and prepare reports to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns and strategies. - Collaborate with internal teams and stakeholders to align social media activities with broader marketing and organizational goals.

## Qualifications - Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field (current students or recent graduates are welcome to apply). - Strong written and verbal communication skills. - Basic understanding of major social media platforms and their usage for business/brand promotion. - Creative mindset with an eye for design and content creation. - Ability to work both independently and collaboratively. - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities. - Attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving.

## Preferred Skills - Experience with social media management tools (e.g., Hootsuite, Buffer, Sprout Social). - Basic graphic design skills (e.g., Canva, Adobe Photoshop). - Knowledge of social media advertising and paid campaigns. - Familiarity with analytics tools and data interpretation. - Video editing or content production experience. - Understanding of influencer marketing and partnerships.

## Experience - Minimum Experience: 0 years (freshers and entry-level candidates encouraged to apply). - Relevant experience through internships, academic projects, or personal branding is advantageous but not required.

## Environment - Location: Jaipur, India. - Work Setting: Primarily in-office; candidates should be available to work from the Jaipur location. - Employment Type: Internship or full-time positions available. - Dynamic, collaborative, and creative work environment.

## Salary - ₹150,000 – ₹450,000 per annum (depending on experience, skills, and employment type).
