Wat ga je doen?Als Zelfstandig Werkend Kok ben je een belangrijke spil in onze keuken. Je draait zelfstandig je eigen partie, denkt mee over de gerechten en zorgt er samen met je collega's voor dat ieder gerecht met aandacht en kwaliteit wordt bereid.Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:Zelfstandig bereiden en presenteren van lunch- en dinergerechten.Verzorgen van de mise-en-place en voorbereiden van de dagelijkse werkzaamheden.Meewerken aan buffetten, bruiloften, feesten en partijen.Bewaken van de kwaliteit, smaak en presentatie van onze gerechten.Zorgen voor een schone, georganiseerde en hygiënische werkplek volgens de HACCP-richtlijnen.Meedenken over nieuwe gerechten, seizoensproducten en verbeteringen in de keuken.Samenwerken met en waar nodig begeleiden van collega's en leerlingen. Wie zoeken wij?Je hebt ervaring als zelfstandig werkend kok of bent toe aan deze volgende stap.Je hebt passie voor koken en werkt graag met verse producten.Je kunt zelfstandig werken, maar bent ook een echte teamspeler.Je houdt het hoofd koel tijdens drukke momenten.Je bent flexibel, enthousiast en hebt een positieve instelling.Je vindt het leuk om naast à-la-cartegerechten ook buffetten en feestelijke diners te verzorgen.Je hebt oog voor kwaliteit, hygiëne en een goede organisatie.Heb jij passie voor koken, werk je graag met verse producten en voel jij je thuis in een gezellig en gedreven keukenteam? Dan zijn wij op zoek naar jou!Voor onze keuken bij Herberg Nuwenspete zoeken wij per direct een enthousiaste en ervaren Zelfstandig Werkend Kok voor 40 uur per week.Wie zijn wij?Herberg Nuwenspete is een sfeervol en gastvrij restaurant, prachtig gelegen in het groene Nunspeet, op de Veluwe.Bij ons draait alles om lekker eten, gezelligheid en oprechte gastvrijheid. Onze gasten kunnen terecht voor een ontspannen lunch, een heerlijk diner of een gezellige borrel. Daarnaast zijn wij een geliefde locatie voor bruiloften, feesten, partijen en andere bijzondere gelegenheden.Geen dag is bij ons hetzelfde! Van een drukke lunch op het terras tot een uitgebreid diner of een feestelijk buffet: samen met ons team zorgen we ervoor dat onze gasten met een glimlach naar huis gaan.Wij zijn een betrokken horecabedrijf met een informele werksfeer, korte lijnen en een team waarin samenwerken en plezier in het vak centraal staan.
