Zur Verstärkung unserers HR\-Teams in unserem Werk in Bendern FL suchen wir eine engagierte HR\- mit erster Berufserfahrung aus der Stellenvermittlung oder im betrieblichen HR Management. Sie übernehmen die operative Betreuung von ca. 300 Mitarbeitenden und bilden damit die erste HR\-Anlaufstelle im Produktionsbereich Tiernahrung. Mit Unterstützung starten Sie in Ihre neue als bereichsverantwortliche/r

Aufgaben --------

  • Operative Tätigkeit für den Produktionsbereich Petfood als erste Ansprechperson für ca. 300 Mitarbeitenden (ohne Lohnverarbeitung)
  • Selbstständige Abwicklung der Personaladministration vom Eintritt bis zum Austritt, Kontakte zu Ämtern und Behörden sowie Einholung von Bewilligungen
  • Betreuung, Beratung und Unterstützung der Mitarbeitenden und der Führungskräfte in allen HR\-Fragestellungen
  • Korrekte Umsetzung von arbeitsrechtlichen Grundlagen sowie Beratung in Rechtsfällen
  • Erstellung von Auswertungen sowie Statistiken
  • Aktive Mitarbeit bei Projekten sowie in der Optimierung von Prozessen

Profil ------

  • Weiterbildung als HR\-AssistentIn wird vorausgesetzt
  • Mindestens drei Jahre Berufserfahrung im betrieblichen HRM oder Personalvermittlung (von Vorteil industrielles Umfeld)
  • Sehr gute Kenntnisse im Arbeitsrecht
  • Engagierte und offene Persönlichkeit mit selbständiger Arbeitsweise sowie hoher Sozial\- und Beratungskompetenz
  • Routinierter Umgang mit MS\-Office und HR\-IT\-Systemen, SAP\-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse, weitere Sprachkenntnisse sind von Vorteil
