In dieser Schlüsselposition und als Mitglied der Gruppenleitung gestalten Sie die strategische und operative Weiterentwicklung unseres gruppenweiten Marketings, stärken unsere Markenpositionierung und erschliessen neue Marktpotenziale. Damit leisten Sie einen wichtigen und messbaren Beitrag zur Unternehmensentwicklung als Leitung Marketing Gruppe 80\-100% (m/w/d)

Aufgaben --------

  • Gesamtverantwortung für das gruppenweite Marketing sowie strategische und operative Weiterentwicklung der Marketingaktivitäten
  • Führung, Koordination und Weiterentwicklung der Marketingorganisation und der Mitarbeitenden
  • Weiterentwicklung und Positionierung unserer Eigenmarken sowie Sicherstellung eines konsistenten Marken\- und Marktauftritts
  • Steuerung des Produkt\-, Sortiments\- und Innovationsmarketings in enger Zusammenarbeit mit Vertrieb, Produktmanagement und Produktentwicklung
  • Planung, Umsetzung und Erfolgskontrolle von Marketingkampagnen, Promotionen sowie POS\- und Trade\-Marketing\-Aktivitäten
  • Verantwortung für die gruppenweite Marketingjahresplanung sowie Planung und Steuerung des Marketingbudgets
  • Nutzung von Markt\-, Wettbewerbs\- und Konsumentenanalysen zur Identifikation und Erschliessung von Marktpotenzialen
  • Übergeordnete Verantwortung für Online\- und Social\-Media\-Aktivitäten sowie die Weiterentwicklung des Onlineshops
  • Steuerung externer Agenturen und Dienstleister sowie enge Zusammenarbeit mit der Geschäftsleitung und relevanten internen Bereichen

Profil ------

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium oder eine vergleichbare höhere Ausbildung mit Schwerpunkt Marketing, Betriebswirtschaft oder einer verwandten Fachrichtung
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Marketing sowie Führungserfahrung und nachweisbare Erfolge in verantwortungsvollen Marketingfunktionen, Marktkenntnisse CH sind von Vorteil
  • Fundierte Erfahrung in strategischem Marketing, Markenführung sowie Produkt\- und Sortimentsmarketing in der Lebensmittelbranche
  • Ausgeprägte Hands\-on\-Mentalität und die Bereitschaft, Verantwortung zu übernehmen und operativ mit anzupacken
  • Umfassendes Verständnis für digitale Marketingkanäle, Social Media und E\-Commerce
  • Erfahrung in der Entwicklung und Steuerung von Marketingstrategien, Kampagnen und Budgets
  • Analytisches und unternehmerisches Denken sowie die Fähigkeit, Markt\- und Konsumentendaten in konkrete Massnahmen zu übersetzen
  • Überzeugende Führungspersönlichkeit mit der Fähigkeit, Mitarbeitende zu entwickeln und unterschiedliche Bereiche zusammenzubringen
  • Hohe Umsetzungsorientierung, Eigeninitiative und ein gutes Gespür für Marken, Märkte und Konsumenten
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikations\- und Präsentationsfähigkeiten sowie eine strukturierte und verbindliche Arbeitsweise
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch\- und Englischkenntisse, weitere Sprachen sind von Vorteil
  • Versierter Umgang mit MS\-Office\-Anwendungen und Erfahrung mit SAP oder vergleichbaren ERP\-Systemen (Salesforce)
