Ihre Aufgaben

  • Eigenverantwortliche Führung des Centers im technischen Bereich unter Berücksichtigung der betriebswirtschaftlichen Kennzahlen sowie der Qualitätsstandards von Mercedes-Benz und Daimler Truck
  • Begleitung und Verantwortung der Prozesse von der Annahme bis zur Rechnungsübergabe
  • Sicherstellung einer hohen Kundenzufriedenheit
  • Betreuung des vorhandenen Kundenstamms sowie Ausbau dessen durch intensive Marktbearbeitung
  • Führung des Servicepersonals sowie Verantwortung deren Weiterentwicklung
  • Steigerung der Prozesseffizienz

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossene Berufsausbildung im Autohaus mit Weiterbildung zum Kfz-Meister/-Betriebswirt (m/w/d) oder idealerweise ein technisches oder betriebswirtschaftliches Studium
  • Praxiserfahrung im Autohaus notwendig, Vorerfahrung mit Mercedes-Benz von Vorteil
  • Mehrere Jahre Führungserfahrung im AfterSales
  • Analytisches Denkvermögen sowie hohes Engagement
  • Verhandlungsgeschick und Kommunikationsstärke
  • Hohe soziale Kompetenz und ein sicheres Auftreten
