Estamos a procura de uma pessoa que seja responsável pela análise, avaliação, monitoramento e gestão geotécnica de estruturas como cavas, pilhas de estéril e rejeito, barragens de rejeitos (disposição de rejeitos em geral) e sistemas de drenagem, assegurando a estabilidade, segurança operacional e conformidade legal. Atua também no apoio de controle de recursos hídricos subterrâneos, suporte a investigações e ensaios geotécnicos e avaliação de projetos técnicos, com foco na mitigação de riscos e melhoria contínua das operações de mina. Experiência em descaracterização de barragens.

• Realizar estudos e análises geotécnicas de estabilidade de taludes operacionais, cavas, pilhas, barragens e estruturas de empilhamento de rejeitos.

• Avaliar criticamente projetos geotécnicos, verificando aderência técnica, consistência de parâmetros e adequação às condições de campo.

• Emitir pareceres técnicos sobre projetos de taludes, drenagens, pilhas, contenções e rejeitos.

• Planejar e acompanhar a execução de investigações geotécnicas (sondagens rotativas, SPT, poços de inspeção, entre outros).

• Apoiar na coleta e encaminhamento de amostras para ensaios laboratoriais (índices físicos, resistência, permeabilidade, etc.).

• Acompanhar e propor melhorias nos processos de empilhamento de rejeito filtrado (dry stacking), considerando estabilidade, compactação e drenagem.

• Conduzir o planejamento e implantação de sistemas de drenagem superficial e subsuperficial, além de bacias de sedimentação e contenção.

• Acompanhar e interpretar dados de instrumentação geotécnica e hidrogeológica (piezômetros, inclinômetros, radares, sensores diversos).

• Apoiar no monitoramento e controle hidrogeológico, com foco no rebaixamento de lençol freático e operação de poços artesianos.

• Contribuir na integração dos modelos geotécnico e hidrogeológico da mina, subsidiando ações de gestão de risco.

• Elaborar relatórios, pareceres técnicos, mapas de risco e apresentações para interfaces operacionais e órgãos reguladores.

• Garantir o cumprimento das normas técnicas e legais (ANM, ABNT, NRs, CONAMA).

• Interagir com equipes de Planejamento, Operações, Meio Ambiente, Segurança e Projetos para alinhamento técnico das ações.
