* Eigenverantwortliche Abwicklung der monatlichen Lohn- und Gehaltsabrechnung für Arbeiter, Angestellte und Lehrlinge inklusive sämtlicher abrechnungsrelevanter Prozesse mit direkter Berichtslinie zur Teamleitung Payroll Accounting

* Betreuung und Weiterentwicklung der digitalen Zeitwirtschaft mit vielfältigen Arbeitszeitmodellen und unterschiedlichen abrechnungsrelevanten Anforderungen

* Kompetente Beratung und Unterstützung von Mitarbeitern und Führungskräften bei Fragestellungen rund um Payroll, Zeitwirtschaft und arbeitsrechtliche Themen

* Begleitung des gesamten Employee Lifecycles - von der Erstellung der Dienstverträge über die laufende Personaladministration bis hin zum Austritt

* Aktive Mitgestaltung und Optimierung digitaler HR-Prozesse sowie Weiterentwicklung bestehender Systeme und Abläufe

* Aufbereitung aussagekräftiger HR-Kennzahlen, Analysen und Reports als Grundlage für personalrelevante Entscheidungen

* Mitarbeit an abwechslungsreichen HR-Projekten und bereichsübergreifenden Themenstellungen

Dein Profil - das bringst du mit

* Abgeschlossene kaufmännische Ausbildung sowie erfolgreich absolvierte Personalverrechnungsprüfung

* Einschlägige, mind. 5 Jahre Berufserfahrung in der österreichischen Lohn- und Gehaltsverrechnung

* Fundierte Kenntnisse im Arbeits-, Sozialversicherungs- und Lohnsteuerrecht

* Erfahrung mit digitalen Zeiterfassungssystemen von Vorteil

* Sicherer Umgang mit MS Office, insbesondere Excel, sowie ausgeprägte IT-Affinität

* Selbstständige, strukturierte und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise mit hohem Qualitätsbewusstsein

* Kommunikationsstärke, Teamgeist und Freude an der Zusammenarbeit mit unterschiedlichen Ansprechpartnern

* Interesse an digitalen Lösungen und der aktiven Weiterentwicklung bestehender Prozesse

Für die ausgeschriebene Position gilt ein Mindestmonatsgehalt ab € 3.200,- brutto auf Vollzeitbasis. Je nach Ausbildung und Erfahrung ist die Bereitschaft zu einer Überzahlung vorhanden.
