For more information about Herff Jones, please visit www.herffjones.com.  Your Opportunity:  The Herff Jones Cap and Gown team, based in Indianapolis, Indiana, is looking for Warehouse Associates to join our team. What You’ll Bring to the Table:

Pick, pack, sort, label, and prepare orders for shipment Receive, unload, and put away incoming materials and products Accurately scan and track inventory using handheld scanners or warehouse systems Replenish inventory and move materials to designated work areas Verify products, quantities, and order information for accuracy Maintain productivity and quality standards throughout the shift Keep work areas clean, organized, and free of safety hazards Follow established warehouse procedures and safety requirements Report damaged products, inventory discrepancies, equipment issues, or safety concerns to a supervisor Assist in other warehouse areas as business needs require

Work Environment:

Work is performed primarily in a warehouse/distribution environment May be exposed to varying temperatures, noise levels, dust, and moving equipment Must be able to work scheduled shifts and overtime as business needs require Must follow all established safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment

Physical Requirements:

Daily activity includes but is not limited to lifting, carrying, sitting, grasping, reaching, standing, kneeling, walking, bending, twisting Reading, writing and math skills commensurate with job duties Working at a computer for extended periods of time Ability to regularly lift/move up to 50lbs
