The posting

We are currently seeking a dedicated individual to lead our Maintenance Team. This position must work with and around our senior population while following state and federal guidelines.

This is a full-time opportunity.

Responsibilities

  • Supervise maintenance and housekeeping employees
  • Maintain facility repairs
  • Work cooperatively with all service areas, staff, and residents
  • Perform administrative requirements
  • Organize schedules
  • Drive and maintain facility van

Qualifications

  • Must have verifiable experience in painting, floor care, small plumbing and electrical
  • Be able to lead a team effectively and efficiently
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and customer service skills
