With 90 days of paid, hands-on training, you'll learn the ins and outs of the roofing industry while earning a paycheck. Once training is complete, you'll move into a 25% uncapped commission structure, giving you the opportunity to build your income based on your performance.

Motivated first-year representatives can realistically earn $100,000–$150,000+, while our top-performing veterans have the opportunity to earn $500,000+ annually.

What You'll Do

As a Roofing Sales Representative, you'll work directly with homeowners while managing their roofing project from the initial inspection through completion.

Your responsibilities include:

  • Meet with homeowners and conduct free roof inspections.
  • Educate customers on their roofing options and the insurance restoration process.
  • Generate new business through neighborhood outreach, referrals, networking, and relationship building.
  • Build trust with homeowners and provide solutions that fit their needs.
  • Manage projects from the initial inspection through final completion.
  • Work closely with production teams to keep projects moving efficiently.
  • Communicate with customers throughout the entire process.
  • Deliver an exceptional customer experience while working toward your personal sales goals.

Requirements

  • Valid driver's license
  • Reliable transportation (pickup truck preferred or ability to obtain one within 60 days)
  • Comfortable climbing ladders and safely walking on roofs

  • Willingness to learn and follow the training process
