Job Description

A Day in the Life

The Examiner is responsible for triaging all incoming documents and calls to determine the appropriate handling of each file, ensuring files are complete, and gathering information from external parties to support accurate decisions regarding referral to HCM, CRU, or closure as a "Rest" file.

The Examiner is also responsible for billing damage claims to customers and/or insurance carriers. This includes determining the appropriate party to bill, selecting the correct correspondence, and identifying the required supporting documentation for initial billings related to U.S. and Canadian subrogation files. • Partner with Customer Relations when addressing sensitive account issues.
  • Partner with Hertz Sales when addressing sensitive account issues.
  • Escalate accounts when financial instability or risk is identified.
  • Respond to inquiries within 24 hours to maintain excellent customer service.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

What we are looking for:

Why it works

3×

more interviews than doing it yourself with ChatGPT.

ChatGPT writes a CV and never learns what happened to it. We see every reply. For each CV we know:

  • How it was written, and how the review scored it
  • When we applied, and how long after the posting went up
  • Which posting, which company, which city
  • Who got the interview, and who heard nothing

That is how we know which CVs get called.
