Vos missions

Dans le cadre de votre stage, vous apportez un soutien scientifique et logistique à l’adjoint scientifique en charge des questions de politique nationale et de relations internationales. Vous contribuez notamment à la préparation des engagements nationaux et internationaux de la Rectrice et du Rectorat. De plus, vous contribuez aux tâches institutionnelles et politiques du Secrétariat général.

Votre profil

  • Vous êtes au bénéfice ou en fin de formation d’un Master d’une haute école dans le domaine des sciences politiques, relations internationales, sciences humaines et sociales et/ou du management public ;
  • Une expérience en lien avec la politique ou les questions institutionnelles est un plus (p.ex. parlement de jeunes) ;
  • Vous avez un intérêt marqué pour les questions politiques et pour le domaine de l'enseignement supérieur en particulier.

Vos compétences

  • Vous avez d’excellentes capacités de synthèse et de rédaction ;
  • De personnalité proactive, autonome et curieuse, vous avez la capacité d’anticiper les besoins ;
  • Vous savez vous intégrer harmonieusement dans une équipe et collaborer avec des parties prenantes internes et externes ;
  • Résistant·e au stress, vous avez une excellente capacité d’adaptation ;
  • Vous avez une excellente connaissance du français ainsi qu’une orthographe sûre (C2) et maîtrisez bien l’allemand (B1-B2) et l’anglais (B2). Connaissances de l’italien un atout.

Taux d’activité : 80-100%

Durée du contrat : Contrat à durée déterminée de 12 mois – stage rémunéré

Entrée en fonction : Dès le 01.12.2026 ou à convenir

Lieu de travail : Lausanne avec déplacements occasionnels en Suisse romande
