Pour renforcer son équipe, l’institut Energie et environnement met au concours le poste suivant :

Collaborateur administratif ou collaboratrice administrative (50% - 60%)

Votre mission

  • Soutenir le responsable d’institut dans les tâches administratives et d’organisation en lien avec les missions de l’institut
  • Participer aux tâches générales relevant du secrétariat de l’institut
  • Participer à l’organisation des évènements de l’institut
  • Collaborer et apporter un soutien administratif aux chefs de projets
  • Participer à la mise à jour du site internet de l’institut
  • Gérer la logistique (matériel bureautique, réservation et préparation des salles, commande de matériel, etc.)

Votre profil

  • Maturité professionnelle commerciale ou titre jugé équivalent
  • Personnalité positive, dynamique, empathique avec une forte orientation « clientèle »
  • Aptitude à travailler de façon indépendante et en équipe avec un sens aigu de l’organisation, de la rigueur et de la discrétion
  • Très bonnes capacités rédactionnelles
  • Très bonne maîtrise de l’environnement MS-Office
  • Expérience professionnelle avérée dans un environnement académique serait un atout
  • Langue maternelle française ou allemande avec d’excellentes connaissances de l’autre langue et de l’anglais (parlé et écrit)
