Für die Psychosozialen Krebsberatungsstellen in Hessen, die Tumorpatient:innen und Angehörige bei psychischen und sozialen Belastungen unterstützen, suchen wir Psycholog*innen (w/m/d), Sozialberater*innen (m/w/d) und Teamassistenten*innen (m/w/d) zunächst befristet für 24 Monate mit der Option auf unbefristete Weiterbeschäftigung.

Ihre Aufgaben

Psychosoziale Beratung von Krebserkrankten und Angehörigen, Schwerpunkt je nach Qualifikation (psychisch, sozial) oder in der Assistenz die Annahme telefonischer und digitaler Anfragen von Krebspatient:innen und Angehörigen und Zuweisung zur psychosozialen Beratung sowie allgemeine administrative und organisatorische Aufgaben.

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Studium (Diplom oder Master) Psychologie
  • Psychoonkologische Fachkenntnisse, idealerweise Weiterbildung WPO/DKG
  • Berufserfahrung in der Beratung und Begleitung von Krebserkrankten und Angehörigen
  • Kommunikative und soziale Kompetenz, Teamfähigkeit und Engagement
  • Engagierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium in Sozialarbeit/Sozialpädagogik (Diplom oder Master)
  • Psychoonkologische Fachkenntnisse, idealerweise psychoonkolgische Weiterbildung WPO/DKG
  • Berufserfahrung in der Beratung und Begleitung von Schwerkranken
  • Empathische, kommunikative und belastbare Persönlichkeit mit Engagement für ihre Aufgaben und die Weiterentwicklung des Beratungsangebots
  • Teamfähigkeit, engagierte und zielorientierte Arbeitsweise
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als Büro-/Verwaltungsangestellte/r, medizinische Fachangestellte/r, Kauffrau/-mann im Gesundheitswesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Berufserfahrung
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse gängiger PC-Programme (Microsoft Office, Outlook, Excel)
  • Perfekte Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Sehr gute kommunikative Fähigkeiten, Teamfähigkeit, Belastbarkeit und Flexibilität.
