Ben jij op zoek naar een uitdagende functie, waarin jij als juridische sparringpartner je bezig houdt met de algemene praktijk, mét accent op het personen- en familierecht? Kom dan als kandidaat-notaris ons team in Meppel versterken.

Jouw rol

Als kandidaat-notaris ben je adviseur en gesprekspartner voor particuliere en zakelijke cliënten. Een dynamische rol, want je denkt proactief mee. Je hebt dagelijks te maken met persoonlijke wensen. Daardoor leer je je cliënt door en door kennen en ben je een belangrijke vertrouwenspersoon. Jouw werkzaamheden bestaan onder andere uit:

  • Het zelfstandig behandelen van dossiers (je wordt hierbij ondersteund door een vakkundig team);
  • Het voeren van besprekingen en het geven van advies op maat;
  • Het opstellen van aktes en het controleren van de stukken op juridische juistheid;
  • Waarnemen voor de notaris.

Team

Je komt terecht in een leuk en goed op elkaar ingespeeld team. Je maakt daarbij zoveel mogelijk gebruik van de nieuwste digitale werkwijzen. Het team is een mooie mix van functies en verschillende leeftijden met een gevarieerde werkervaring. Daardoor kun je jezelf doorlopend ontwikkelen.

Wat neem je mee?

  • Je bent beschikbaar voor 24 tot 40 uur in de week.
  • Jij hebt minimaal 3 jaar ervaring binnen het notariaat, bij voorkeur binnen de algemene praktijk, met accent op het familierecht.
  • Je bent waarnemingsbevoegd.
  • Je bent klantgericht en communicatief vaardig.
  • Je bent accuraat en vindt het leuk om ergens in te duiken.
  • Je bent een teamplayer, die houdt van aanpakken én gezelligheid.
  • Bij piekmomenten ben jij stressbestendig.
  • Als je al eens met Notarisdossier hebt gewerkt dan is dat een pré.
