Per september 2026 hebben wij op ons kantoor in Almere een mooie plek beschikbaar voor een mbo stagiaire. Volg jij een studie op het mbo en ben jij op zoek naar een meewerkstage? Lees dan gauw verder. Wij zoeken namelijk een mbo stagiaire op onze frontoffice.

Jouw rol

Je draait als mbo stagiaire als volwaardig medewerker mee op de frontoffice van Het Notarieel Almere. Je maakt van dichtbij mee hoe het is om binnen het juridische werkveld van een notariskantoor te werken. Enerzijds ben jij verantwoordelijk voor het beantwoorden van de binnenkomende telefoon. Anderzijds sta jij cliënten persoonlijk te woord op kantoor en pak je verschillende administratieve taken op. Denk hierbij aan de afhandeling van de aktes die dagelijks passeren, het digitaliseren van de aktes en het maken en versturen van afschriften. Ook ben je verantwoordelijk voor alle inkomende mail en post, de agenda’s en nog veel meer.

Je komt terecht op een dynamisch kantoor. Het team is een mooie mix, want er werken collega's van verschillende leeftijden met een gevarieerd ‘trackrecord’ aan werkervaring. Daardoor kun je veel leren en jezelf snel ontwikkelen.

  • Jij bent voor 32-40 uur per week beschikbaar voor een meewerkstage.
