Door hen zelf te laten ontdekken, hen zelf dingen te laten doen , hen door omgang met anderen zichzelf en de wereld beter te leren kennen. Binnen een geruststellend kader van ritme en regelmaat en met de warme ondersteuning van een team met jarenlange ervaring, kan elk kind zich vrij ontplooien. Zo worden hier mee de fundamenten gevormd van hun eigen 'ik', hun eigen persoonlijkheid.

Wij hechten veel belang aan een huiselijke sfeer, een warm contact met de ouders, ruimte voor buitenspel en het welbevinden van elk kind. Diversiteit is ons erg genegen, daarom bieden wij opvang aan alle kinderen van 0 tot 12 jaar, zonder uitzondering.

Wij zijn op zoek naar een nieuwe collega voor een vast contract.

Ben jij de kinderbegeleider die wij zoeken?

- Je bent vertrouwd met het krachtige kindbeeld, welbevinden en betrokkenheid, sensitieve responsiviteit, belevingsgericht werken, spelimpulsen na observatie, pedagogisch documenteren, MeMoQ, Ziko-VO,…

- Je bent communicatief vaardig, flexibel zowel in taken als in werktijden,

- Je houdt van chocolade en kan zelf ook al eens een cake bakken

- Je gaat graag de natuur in en een beetje regen houdt jou niet tegen om toch naar buiten te trekken met de kinderen

Je komt terecht in een team waar iedereen voor elkaar in de bres springt, waar collega's een fijne werksfeer creëren en waar er plaats is voor ieders talent.

Je behaalde de nodige kwalificaties (bv 7e jaar kinderzorg, certificaat begeleider in de kinderopvang vanuit het volwassenenonderwijs, bachelor in de pedagogie van het jonge kind…) en attesten (levensreddend handelen en ehbo) en kan een bewijs van goed zedelijk gedrag model 2 en een attest van medische geschiktheid voorleggen.

Ook afstuderende studenten kunnen zich aanmelden voor deze job, ervaring is geen vereiste. Wij zorgen voor een inloopperiode en een warme ontvangst in een fijn team.
