Ihre Aufgaben

  • Analyse, Bewertung und Optimierung bestehender Produktionsprozesse (Lean, Six Sigma, etc.)
  • Entwicklung neuer Prozesse inkl. Prozess- und Anlagekonzepte (Layout, Materialfluss, Taktzeiten)
  • Einführung standardisierter Prozesse an beiden Standorten (Arbeitsanweisungen, Checklisten)
  • Mitwirkung bei der Einführung neuer Produkte (NPI) - von Prototyp bis Serienfertigung
  • Leitung oder Mitarbeit in technischen, standortübergreifenden Projekten
  • Definition und Monitoring von Prozess-KPIs (OEE, FPY, Scrap, Durchlaufzeit)
  • Harmonisierung von Methoden, Standards und Fertigungsvorgaben
  • Transfer von Best Practices, Technologien und Prozesswissen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Masterstudium im Bereich Maschinenbau, Produktionstechnik, Verfahrenstechnik, Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen oder vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Erfahrung in der Analyse und im Aufbau von Prozessen
  • Erfahrungen in der interdisziplinären Projektarbeit (Produktion, Engineering, Qualität, etc.) sowie im Schnittstellenmanagement
  • Erfahrung im internationalen Umfeld, vorzugsweise Polen
  • Gute Kenntnisse in Lean Production, Wertstrommanagement
  • MTM-Kenntnisse
  • Verständnis von CAD-Daten, ERP/MES-Systemen
  • Gute Deutsch-, Englisch- und Polnischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
  • Kommunikationsstärke, hohe Einsatzbereitschaft sowie eine ausgeprägte Teamorientierung
