1、负责产品以及其中零部件的可靠性设计，开展失效模式、失效机理、可靠性增长的研究，完成可靠性测试用例； 2、根据产品和模块可靠性测试结果，建立系统零部件和元器件的失效数据库； 3、可靠性和可靠性试验相关标准的研究与指标分析； 4、负责产品可靠性测试、测试故障注入、故障诊断方案的设计； 5、对零部件的寿命评估、耐久仿真、分析、加速寿命试验的设计、数据处理与分析。 6、负责对可靠性测试的结论进行整理汇报，并针对产品缺陷提出整改建议。

任职要求： 1、可靠性、机械、电子、材料专业相关，熟悉可靠性分析标准、机理和方法； 2、有可靠性试验、耐久仿真、可靠性物理、可靠性数学统计分析、电子产品寿命评估、有限元仿真、力学分析、失效分析等经验； 3、熟悉可靠性强化试验、高加速寿命试验的原理和操作方法； 4、熟悉常见的可靠性测试标准，熟练掌握常用可靠性实验设备的使用、运行与维护。
