Tijdens de schoolvakanties zorgen wij ervoor dat kinderen kunnen spelen, leren ontdekken, nieuwe vrienden maken en samen herinneringen voor het leven verzamelen. Hetzelfde geldt voor onze monitoren. We zijn altijd op zoek naar enthousiastelingen om ons monitorenteam te versterken. Ben jij gebeten door het jeugdwerk? Krijg je energie als je voor een groep kinderen staat? Dan ben je bij ons aan het juiste adres! Vakantiekampen zonder overnachting. Als monitor verzorg je samen met de kinderen een hele week lang leuke en uitdagende activiteiten. Onze kampen vinden overdag plaats, dus ’s avonds ben je gewoon weer thuis.

  • Te gekke themakampen! We bieden een brede waaier aan thema’s aan, van creatief en sportief tot avontuurlijk en fantasierijk. Zo is er zeker een kamp dat helemaal bij jou past!
  • Een plek om jezelf te ontdekken. Als monitor krijg je de kans om te ontdekken waar jouw talenten liggen en welke rol binnen het jeugdwerk bij jou past. Je gaat aan de slag met feedback en feedforward en leert elke kampweek bij.

Als monitor ben je actief bezig met jouw groepje kinderen tussen 9 en 16 uur. Afwisselend neem je met een deel van het monitorenteam de vooropvang (7.45 tot 9 uur) of de naopvang (16 tot 18 uur) voor je rekening. Op maandag start je samen op om 7.15 uur. Op vrijdag sluiten jullie de week samen af om 18 uur.Wij bieden:

  • Draaiboeken: een hele week aan activiteiten voorzien? Daar helpen we jou mee. Je krijgt voor elke dag de uitgeschreven activiteiten.
  • Flexibiliteit: als monitor kies je zelf jouw kamplocatie, leeftijdsgroep, thema... Je gaat het engagement van een week aan (maandag-vrijdag).
  • Vormingen: zowel digitaal als op de kamplocatie de kans om je volledig klaar te stomen voor een vakantiekamp.
  • Groeimogelijkheden: het verhaal stopt niet bij monitor zijn op kamp. We coachen en ondersteunen je tijdens je kampweek. Bevalt het je? Wie weet schuilt er wel een hoofdmonitor in jou!
  • Vrijwilligersvergoeding: als monitor bij Heyo ontvang je een vrijwilligersvergoeding. Jouw inzet en ervaring maken het verschil.
